Every client presents with unique needs, challenges and goals. Based on your initial contact with us or your referral from a health professional, we will meet with you for a thorough client assessment. We will establish your goals, and the viability of and requirements to achieving these goals. We work with, amongst others, Hand and Plastic Surgeons, Occupational Therapy Hand Therapists and Physiotherapists as required. 

Together with the allied health team we determine which options best match your requirements. We recommend the best prescription from the range of suitable devices based on your choice and our clinical expertise. From this, we create a customised treatment plan for you.

We actively support your training in maximising functional outcomes. Later, we follow up to ensure your progress, and that your goals are met. We provide you with a lifelong service to maintain or improve your function. 

At all times you are the centre of the treatment process.
